We have always believed that to look younger after 60 you need surgery and very expensive creams, but the reality is that it is not only about genetics or how much money you can spend at a perfume store, because, let’s be honest, being young is an attitude and has much more to do with how you live your day to day life than with what you spend.

The way you sleep, think, move, relate to others… all of that leaves a mark on your body and especially on your face. That is why many times you are surprised by the age of some people (How can Stallone be 79 years old if he looks younger than me?). So we are going to give you some tips so you can also look much younger without spending a single cent.

Sleeping well

People who look young at this age usually treat sleep as something sacred. Not out of vanity, but because they know that without rest everything becomes twice as hard. More or less stable schedules, fewer screens at night, a calm routine before going to bed.

Yes, sleeping well gives light to your face, energy when walking, and a more open expression. While sleeping, our body produces collagen and it is essential to delay aging.

Good social connections

People who age better do not lock themselves away. They keep calling their friends, meeting for coffee, participating in social life, but always with real bonds.

Learning to manage stress

A nutrient rich diet

You have to avoid excesses, not always of course, but you do have to watch how you eat and how much. It is especially important to maintain a balanced diet and, as we said before, stay well hydrated. Add much more fruit to your diet and you will see the difference.

Positive adrenaline

The most important thing at the attitude level is that youth is also mental. Surely you have noticed that people who look younger are also the ones who radiate the most energy, the most curious ones, the ones who always have something to discover. It is important to maintain a positive attitude always, even as we get older, and to want to keep discovering things.

Remove negativity, resentment, and anger from your life. We want happy faces even if they have little wrinkles.

Mentally active

You have surely heard that it is never too late to start again, and the reality is that it is not. Do you want to learn to skate at 50? Do it, very carefully. Do you want to go hiking? Do it.
