Sounds matter
Some alarm clock sounds are too aggressive to wake you up, you don’t want to be woken up by shaking, right? This is the same, you need to use sound from nature or chill music are the perfect ones for this.
Light is your best friend
Light is an important aspect in our daily life and it will not be less in the sleep time. Natural light activates your brain to let it know you are awake so it’s crucial you let some light come through your window.
