This story is based on a narrative that emerged in 1998 from Ingo Swann, a famous “psychic” who claimed to have participated in a “remote viewing” program sponsored by the CIA. According to Swann, his visions revealed intelligent beings, similar to humans, who lived on the lunar surface… and who were aware of being observed!

Ingo Swann was a popular artist and psychic in the 70s and 80s for his participation in “remote viewing” experiments. Supposedly, this psychic had special abilities to see places and objects at a distance (without being nearby or even knowing them…) According to his 1998 account, during a session funded by the CIA, he detected artificial structures and intelligent beings on the Moon, and claimed they knew they were being observed! We keep going because an even more surprising file recounts a supposed confrontation between Soviet troops and alien beings after a UFO was shot down!! (And they believe it!!!) But neither the authenticity nor the context of these documents is clear, leaving lots of room for speculation…

NASA has explored the Moon for over half a century, and to this day no credible sign of alien bases or lunar civilizations has been found.
