Bad news if you bought a Tesla - They could have sold you a car with a history and not told you - They are using used parts without informing customers

Neither Honda nor Mazda – Toyota dominates in 2025 and consolidates its position as the world’s best-selling brand for this reason

No more blindly taking your car to the repair shop every time the warning light comes on—learning to read the Check Engine light changes the way you take care of your car in the United States

It’s official—robotaxis are gaining ground in the United States, with Waymo leading the way and Tesla accelerating its commitment

Tesla is selling ‘’new’’ cars that are really not. When you buy a new car you suppose you are doing that, but some Tesla vehicles don’t guarantee this. Elon Musk’s company is the protagonist of a new controversy and its transparency is being questioned. These are supposed to be new cars having in mind they are expensive and you are paying for new stuff.

We are so used to seeing Musk on the news for many reasons, but let’s find what happened this time in detail.

Tesla’s Cybertruck, the origin of the issue

A Texas man ordered a Tesla Cybertruck in 2024 and that same day he was able to pick his ‘’new’’ car up. This sounded strange because when you order something, and more so a car, you normally have to wait some days until you have it manufactured.

The customer was suspicious about this situation and he wanted to know the reason for this fast order. The answer from Tesla will make you understand why this problem started… They said the Cybertruck has been manufactured more than four months ago and the vehicle was kept outside, where it is exposed to the weather.

The man’s answer? Well, imagine buying a new car for a lot of money and realizing your desired car has already been in the streets. Being aware of this, he decided to reject the Tesla vehicle.

Did this happen only to the Texas man?

I’m afraid it did not. Nowadays, thanks to the Internet , information spreads so fast and more Cybertrucks were seen parked on the streets. This created a bad image for Tesla because it was thought the company was over manufacturing with little demand.

This feeling was reaching Tesla and it decided to lower the prices, fire some workers and look for new markets to sell electric cars – Saudi Arabia is one of those.

Leaving the Cybertrucks outside

These Cybertruck are electric cars and they can’t be exposed to the climate with no protection for a long period of time, since this can have negative consequences.

One of those damages is done to the batteries, as their capacities to function won’t be at their best. Also, because they are outside they can be wet with rain and cause humidity inside the car. The appearance is another aspect that will be damaged because the sun makes the paint look as if the car is old.

Tesla’s take on this issue

There is no take from the company… No solutions nor explanations about the problem that has affected many people have been given. This is a crazy decision because it has made customers feel scammed. Let’s have in mind these cars can cost $80,000, so there should be at least some apologies or solutions for these people who have supported your product.

Advice for the next time you buy a new car

In case you are now a bit skeptical of buying a new car, and mostly a Tesla, you shouldn’t worry about it. Here is some advices so that you don’t get scammed.

Before signing anything, the first thing to do is ask about the manufacturing date of the vehicle you want and then, you should check if the car has any evidence of being exposed outside or if the vehicle’s conditions are okay.

You should be always careful with what you buy. It doesn’t matter if it is sold by a very popular company, you should check everything even though the company tells you it is something new. Imagine paying thousands of dollars for a damaged car… Check everything before buying anything!
